It is recommended not to go heavier than at 20lb kettlebell for these workouts. ![]() The workouts are geared towards all fitness levels as you work at your own pace and modifications are shown if needed or you use a lighter kettlebell/dumbbell if needed. The first time I tried this workout, I was sore for a few days after which I did not expect but it was a good sore – knowing I worked almost every muscle in the body while enjoying the workout. I like the structure of this workout – you are combining strength with cardio endurance so you really get both a cardio and strength workout in one. Dasha does also talk throughout the entire workout which I consider impressive since I’m always trying to catch my breath. As with the other workouts, I really like the mix of kettlebell exercises and kickboxing exercises (and sometimes exercises that combine elements of both). I found this one to be probably the most challenging for me (although all of them are) mainly because of all the sprawls and burpees so constantly moving up and down which really raises the heart rate. I also loved this workout along with the other ones in the series. Circuit 5 – KB triangle, stiff KB lift, boxer halo, snap kick with teep and burpie sprawl ![]()
